Operations Committee

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Operations Committee shall deliberate, review and recommend all matters that will require:

1. Approval of the EDC Board;
2. Approval of all proposals for expenditures with value up to P100 million; and
3. Assignments that may be delegated by the Board to the Committee.

 The matters for decision of the above authorities relate to the following:

1. Policy
2. Organization/Personnel
3. Finance
4. Expenditures
5. Budget
6. Fixed Assets
7. Procurement
8. Credit
9. Sales
10. Inventories
11. Legal
12. Insurance; and
13. General energy operations
14. Other matters that may arise from time to time
