Jimmy joined the company in 2013 as Mount Apo Geothermal Business Unit Head. He concurrently assumed the role of Business Unit Head for Negros Island 2014 to 2016. He systematically undertook initiatives to improve the performance and profitability of both business units, including the crucial planning and execution functions. He now heads the Leyte Geothermal Business Unit, our biggest geothermal facility.


He also identified O&M opportunities, and continues to lead the Energy Recovery Program for the enterprise in collaboration with the various Business Unit Heads. Jimmy has helped identify future opportunities for drilling capex reduction, by pursuing steam decline improvement projects, well bore solutions, and other non-drilling initiatives.
