This is why EDC implements a continuously evolving employee engagement program to ensure excellent and inspired performance from its people.
At the very core of the program is an atmosphere of open communication between employees and Management. Town hall meetings and focused group discussions (called Employee Council and Expanded Labor Management Council) are held regularly and this allows any work-related issued or concerns to be discussed and resolved. As a result, industrial harmony is always maintained across the sites.
Employee recreation activities such as Christmas Party, Company Outing, Service Awards, and various sports tournaments are regular events of the year. Other services like a medical clinic, wellness programs, and shuttle buses are likewise provided to ensure health and well-being of our employees.
