Pursuant to the Advisories issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission dated October 29, 2020 and by the Department of Energy dated September 23, 2020 on the implementation of Republic Act No. 11494 (“Bayanihan to Recover As One Act”), Bac-Man Geothermal Inc. (BGI) will grant a 30-day grace period on all payments for customer bills falling due within the period of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) and Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) without incurring interests, penalties, and other charges. Any unpaid balance after the lapse of the 30-day grace period shall be payable in three (3) equal monthly installments without incurring interests, penalties, and other charges as well.
BGI wishes to reiterate the Department of Energy’s directive to help manage the cash flow within the energy supply chain and ensure the continuous supply of electricity by encouraging customers who have the ability to pay to continue settling their bills within the original due dates.
